Rian Wendling
CEO
Rian Wendling serves as the CEO at NanoSpot.ai. He has been developing and commercializing startup medical innovations for seven years.
Prior to joining NanoSpot.ai, Rian was a Senior Global Product Manager of Future Panels at BioFire Diagnostics. Before that, he was the VP of Product Realization at ReddyPort, a non-invasive ventilation medical device company where he invented, produced, gained regulatory clearance on, and supported commercial efforts for the ReddyPort suite of products.

He is a medical device developer who has designed and brought a wide array of devices to market, from single-use disposables to complex electrical devices. Rian’s experience includes the full spectrum from conception to commercialization of medical devices.
When he’s not working, Rian enjoys taking advantage of all of the outdoors Utah has to offer, from mountain biking to skiing, to sand volleyball.
Rian has an MS in Bioengineering and an MBA from the University of Utah.
